I opened a PS4 to clean the fan and a dozen dead (and alive) cockroaches fell out. What do I do?

Bag it up instantly, tie it tight, and hand it back to the customer outside your shop. Do NOT risk an infestation in your workspace. Refuse the repair on biohazard grounds.
