How to price repair jobs?

I am starting my own side hustle. Should I charge a flat fee or hourly rate?

Always charge Cost of Parts + Flat Labor Fee. For example, $50 labor for a 30-minute screen swap, or $150 labor for complex micro-soldering. Never charge hourly, as you get punished for working faster!
