Flux leaving sticky residue everywhere

I am using rosin core flux and it leaves a disgusting brown sticky mess on the board.

Get some 99% isopropyl alcohol and a stiff ESD-safe brush. Scrub it thoroughly. Alternatively, switch to a high-quality no-clean flux like Amtech NC-559.
