Corrupted Windows Registry after CCleaner

I ran a registry cleaner and now half my programs throw DLL errors on startup.

Never run registry cleaners! They are snake oil and delete critical keys. You will need to run the `sfc /scannow` command, or do an in-place Windows repair install.
