100% Disk Usage in Task Manager

My PC is crawling. Task manager shows the disk is pinned at 100% but nothing is downloading.

You are likely booting off an old mechanical HDD, and Windows 10/11 services like SysMain are crushing it. You MUST upgrade to a Solid State Drive (SSD).
