Roku TV stuck in recovery mode loop

Every time I turn on my TCL Roku TV, it boots straight into recovery mode.

There is a tiny physical reset button on the back of the TV near the HDMI ports. Hold it in with a paperclip for exactly 15 seconds while the TV is powered on.
