Motherboard shows CPU red light

Building a new PC, but it won't POST. The EZ Debug LED is solid red on CPU.

Check for bent pins in the CPU socket. If they are fine, make sure you plugged in the 8-pin CPU power cable at the top left of the motherboard, not just the 24-pin.
