Rear camera shaking and making buzzing noise

When I open the camera app, the picture is blurry and I can physically hear the camera buzzing.

The Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) mechanism is broken. This often happens if you mount your phone to a motorcycle handlebars. The camera module needs replacing.
