Laptop keyboard some keys not working

Spilled a tiny bit of water on it last week, but it was working fine until today. Now the spacebar is dead.

Water damage takes time to corrode the traces inside the keyboard layers. Your keyboard is toast and the entire top case likely needs replacing.
