How We Started

Our journey began back in 2015 when we launched as Dotnet Media Ltd. We proudly operated a shop on Woodville High Street, serving the local community with their technology needs. We loved being a part of the high street and building relationships with our customers.

The Shift in 2020

Like many businesses, we faced unprecedented challenges in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. With heavy hearts, we made the difficult decision to close our Woodville shop. We thought it might be the end of the business, but fate had other plans.

As the world rapidly shifted to remote work, the demand for reliable technology skyrocketed. Suddenly, our phones were ringing off the hook! People working from home were experiencing laptop failures and desperately needed help to stay connected and productive. Responding to this urgent need, we continued our operations fixing laptops and computers right from our home address.

A Brief Pause and a Fresh Start

Unfortunately, due to some medical issues, we eventually had to put the business on hold for a while to focus on health and recovery.

However, you can't keep a passion down for long! In 2026, fully recovered and more motivated than ever, we restarted the company. We rebranded as Repair-IT to better reflect our core mission: providing top-tier, reliable, and fast IT repair services to our community.

Today, Repair-IT is here to solve your tech headaches, whether you're a home user needing a quick fix or a business requiring comprehensive support. We're excited for this new chapter and look forward to serving you!
