Local should be 1-8ms. World (Internet) is often 15ms-50ms. Both are excellent for the UK.
Understanding Jitter
Jitter is the "wobble" in your line. On WiFi or busy home lines, spikes of 50ms-80ms are common and usually won't break your Zoom call.
